Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In the case of an order for multiple goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

The seller’s exact name, postal address, and email address should be provided here before publication.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered, must be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the seller receives notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, the same means of payment will be used that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

5. Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The return address to which goods must be sent should be specified here before publication.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Return Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If the seller voluntarily offers return shipping arrangements or takes over return costs, that should be stated here clearly. Otherwise, this clause should remain strict and unambiguous.

7. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, to contracts for:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they were unsealed after delivery
• Audio or video recordings or sealed software, if the seal was removed after delivery
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun after the consumer expressly agreed to this and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal
