Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the Justin Zitt Online Shop. Please read them carefully before submitting a binding order.

Legal

General terms for the sale of products through the online shop.

The following provisions govern the contractual relationship between the customer and the operator of the Justin Zitt Online Shop for all orders placed via the website.

Website: Justin Zitt Online Shop
Language version: English
Status: Terms and Conditions for online orders
Note: This document should be reviewed with the actual seller data, shipping workflow, and legal details before final publication.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the Justin Zitt Online Shop between the customer and the operator of the shop concerning the sale of physical products, including but not limited to music releases, merchandise, printed material, and related items offered through the online shop.

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity has been expressly agreed in writing.

2. Seller and Contract Partner

The contract partner for orders placed through this online shop is the operator of the Justin Zitt Online Shop. The exact legal provider information, including the full name, postal address, and contact details of the seller, shall be provided in the legal notice or imprint linked on this website.

Customers may submit general inquiries regarding orders, products, or the contractual process using the contact options published on the website.

3. Products and Availability

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. Product descriptions, images, availability notices, and shipping information are prepared with due care. Minor deviations, especially in color representation or packaging, may occur where technically or commercially reasonable.

Products are available only while stocks last, unless otherwise expressly indicated. If an ordered item is unavailable after the customer has submitted an order, the customer will be informed without undue delay.

4. Conclusion of Contract

By completing the checkout process and clicking the button marked as a binding order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After the order has been transmitted, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. This email confirms that the order request has been received. Unless expressly stated otherwise by the seller, the contract is concluded when the order is accepted by the seller, for example by separate confirmation, invoice issuance, or dispatch of the goods.

The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in justified cases, in particular where products are unavailable, where there are obvious pricing or input errors, or where there is reason to believe that the order is abusive or unlawful.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown in the online shop are stated in the currency displayed in the shop. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, prices are final prices. Any shipping costs are shown separately on the relevant product pages, in the cart, and in the checkout process.

Where product-specific shipping charges apply, these are displayed together with the respective product and form part of the total order amount shown before the customer submits the order.

6. Payment and Invoicing

No direct online payment is processed through the Justin Zitt Online Shop unless expressly stated otherwise. By submitting a binding order, the customer acknowledges that payment is not collected immediately during checkout.

After receipt of the order, the seller may issue and transmit an invoice separately by email or by other agreed means. Payment shall become due in accordance with the conditions stated on that invoice, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details submitted are complete and correct.

Delivery times indicated in the shop are non-binding unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing. Partial deliveries may be made where reasonable for the customer.

If delivery fails because the customer has provided an incorrect address or does not accept delivery, the customer may be required to bear any additional costs incurred, unless the customer is not responsible for the failed delivery attempt.

8. Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of all claims arising from the contract has been received.

9. Warranty and Liability

The statutory rights of the customer in the event of defects shall apply. If delivered goods are defective, the customer may exercise the statutory warranty rights within the applicable legal limits.

The seller shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability shall be limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage typical for the contract, unless mandatory statutory law provides otherwise.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Detailed information regarding the right of withdrawal, the conditions, the withdrawal period, and any exclusions shall be provided separately in the cancellation policy available on this website.

These Terms and Conditions do not replace the separate cancellation policy.

11. Applicable Law

The law applicable to contracts concluded through this online shop shall be the law of the country in which the seller is established, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, provided that mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable.

12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The currently valid version of these Terms and Conditions is the version published on the website at the time the order is placed.

Important: Before publishing this file live, the legal seller identity, full provider details, invoicing process, and country-specific legal wording should be checked properly. Legal pages are one of those places where improvisation is a bad hobby.
